Actor Mark Ruffalo hit back at Paramount after the studio labelled him antisemitic for criticising the proposed Warner Bros. Discovery merger. The four-time Oscar nominee clarified his views "should never be interpreted as hostility toward Jewish people." His criticism centred on Oracle's involvement as a backer of the Paramount-WBD deal.
