Belarus bans Polish weekly "Gość Niedzielny" as extremist
A Belarusian court in Hrodna has declared the website and social-media profiles of the Polish Catholic weekly "Gość Niedzielny" extremist, according to the Euroradio portal. The publication had previously covered the Lukashenko regime's expulsion of Catholic clergy and reported on the case of imprisoned journalist Andrzej Poczobut. The ruling is part of a broader Belarusian crackdown on independent media and Polish institutions.
