Ethiopia's Kejelcha smashes men's half marathon world record with 56:51 in Buenos Aires

Ethiopia's Yomif Kejelcha set a new men's half marathon world record of 56 minutes 51 seconds at a World Athletics road race in Buenos Aires. He smashed the previous record by 29 seconds — one of the largest improvements in the history of the event. The race was held under World Athletics road race conditions.
