Ukraine to receive 600 PAC-2 interceptors from Germany and new radars from France

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced an agreement with Germany for the delivery of 600 PAC-2 interceptor missiles to bolster Ukraine's air defences. France is also set to provide new air-defence radars to Kyiv this autumn. Zelensky also questioned the feasibility of Putin's reported plan to mobilise 300,000 troops.
