Apartments priced over 20,000 PLN/sqm are multiplying in Polish cities

Over the past 12 months, the number of apartments priced above 20,000 PLN per square metre has grown in Polish metropolitan areas, while cheaper units have become scarcer, according to rynekpierwotny.pl data. In July, prices in Wrocław rose 4% year-on-year, while Warsaw saw a 1% decline. The primary market is clearly shifting towards more expensive segments.
