July was second-best month for new homes in at least 25 years, Otodom report shows

According to an Otodom report, developers and individual investors handed over an exceptionally large number of homes in July, marking the second-best monthly result in at least 25 years. An expert commenting on the data pointed to a clear upturn on the supply side of the residential property market.
