Ukraine's ex-defence minister: corruption cost Kyiv its fighting strength

Former Ukrainian Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has admitted encountering corruption involving "hundreds of people" within state structures. He said officials' desire to exploit the public budget deprived Ukraine of the ability to fight the war from a position of strength. He announced that the names of those responsible will soon be made public.
