Driver kills two parents on Kraków pavement; 8-month-old baby critically injured

A 26-year-old driver mounted a pavement in Kraków and struck a family on a walk, killing both parents and leaving their 8-month-old baby in critical condition in hospital. Police say excessive speed caused the tragedy. The driver was detained at the scene.
