Nawrocki refers "lex charlatan" law to Constitutional Tribunal — political row erupts

President Karol Nawrocki has referred the so-called "lex charlatan" law — targeting pseudoscientific medical practices — to the Constitutional Tribunal. KO MP Zbigniew Konwiński warned the decision could cost lives, saying those responsible "will have blood on their hands." Confederation MP Wojciech Machulski defended Nawrocki, arguing the law was paternalistic toward citizens.
