Storms knock out power for over 520,000 homes in Lithuania and Latvia, two killed

Powerful storms and gales that swept through Lithuania and Latvia over the weekend left more than 520,000 households without electricity. Two people were killed as a result of the severe weather. The storms caused widespread damage across both Baltic states.
