DR Congo and M23 rebels agree on roadmap for peace talks

The Democratic Republic of Congo and M23 rebels have agreed on a roadmap for peace talks following a week of negotiations in Switzerland. The agreement is intended to build on a framework deal both sides signed last year. The talks aim to bring an end to the long-running conflict in the region.
