Poland's patostreaming ban takes effect — up to 5 years in prison

Poland's law banning patostreaming — a form of live-streaming featuring harmful, degrading or dangerous content — has entered into force. Offenders face up to five years in prison. The legislation also sets out a procedure for reporting illegal content to the relevant authorities.
