Medvedev on Russian emigrants: "Cockroaches and traitors — no forgiveness"

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev declared that Russians who have left the country and wish for Russia's defeat in the war against Ukraine should be permanently barred from returning. He called them traitors, scoundrels and compared them to cockroaches. The remarks come as Russia tightens legislation targeting citizens living abroad.
