UK energy industry: support for struggling households falls short
Industry body Energy UK is calling for expanded support for the most vulnerable households as energy bills remain high. The organisation says the current system of assistance does not go far enough and leaves some of the neediest households without adequate help. Energy UK is urging the government to introduce additional financial support mechanisms for low-income consumers.
