Young Poles lose more money to cybercrime than seniors, study finds
A study by ChronPESEL.pl and the National Debt Register (KRD) found that 17% of Poles aged 25–34 reported financial losses from scams involving impersonation of public institutions — the highest rate of any age group. Contrary to popular belief, young adults are more frequent victims of this type of cybercrime than seniors. The findings suggest that cybersecurity awareness campaigns need to target a broader demographic.
