Pension without 20–25 years of work? Polish law allows for exceptions
Polish law provides for a pension even without the standard 20 or 25 years of contributions. In special cases, a shorter insurance period suffices, and certain people who have never worked may be entitled to specific benefits. The rules apply to, among others, people with disabilities and those in other exceptional life circumstances.
