Migrant boat capsizes off Tunisia — 2 dead, around 12 missing

At least two people have died and around 12 are missing after a migrant boat capsized off the southern coast of Tunisia. A search and rescue operation is under way. Tunisia has for years been one of the main transit points for migrants attempting to reach Europe across the Mediterranean Sea.
