Cargo ship Ocean Winner sinks off Indian coast with 24 crew on board

The Panama-flagged cargo vessel Ocean Winner sank off the Indian coast while carrying iron ore from India to Singapore. The ship had a crew of 24, of whom at least two have reportedly been rescued.
