Russell happy with front row as Norris takes Dutch GP pole

George Russell qualified second for the Dutch Grand Prix, missing out on pole position to McLaren's Lando Norris. The Mercedes driver said he is "back in his groove" and chose to focus on the positives of starting from the front row. Russell will be aiming to convert his grid position into a strong race result.
