Court backs Ukrainian woman as ZUS wrongly demanded repayment of 7,500 zł in child benefit

The woman contested the decision, stating she had legally resided in Poland with her son. The Regional Administrative Court in Gorzów Wielkopolski sided with her, overturning ZUS's ruling and questioning whether the Border Guard register alone was sufficient evidence to demand repayment.
