Putin warns Ukraine opened 'Pandora's box' by striking Russian economic targets

Vladimir Putin said Ukraine had opened a "Pandora's box" by attacking Russian economic targets. In an interview with the newspaper Vesti, he also threatened the West and dismissed plans to defeat Russia in 40 days through missile and drone strikes as a gamble.
