Pitch invasion halts German Cup match — eight hospitalised, about 100 injured

A German Cup match between Waldhof Mannheim and Kaiserslautern was halted for 30 minutes after fans invaded the pitch during the high-risk fixture. Around 100 people were injured, including fans and police officers, with eight taken to hospital.
