Massive 600-apartment spa complex to be built next to the Baltic Sea beach in Ustka
A large complex called Wave Ustka Thermal & Spa is planned near the Baltic Sea beach in Ustka, comprising four nine- and ten-storey buildings set in a pine forest with over 600 apartments in total. The first building will include 154 apartments, a pool, saunas, a restaurant and a sea-view rooftop terrace. The development is controversial among local residents.
