Red flags on the Baltic: swimming banned at beaches in Pomerania and West Pomerania

Swimming bans are in force at numerous Baltic Sea beaches in the West Pomeranian and Pomeranian voivodeships. The bans are due to high waves, strong rip currents, localised storm conditions and occasional bacterial water contamination. Beachgoers are urged to observe warning flags and stay out of the water.
