TikTok to pay $400 million to settle US children's privacy lawsuit

TikTok has agreed to pay $400 million to settle a US lawsuit over children's privacy violations. Associate Attorney General Stanley Woodward Jr. called the settlement "a major victory for American children and parents." It is one of the largest child privacy settlements in US history.
