Germany negotiates purchase of Ukrainian Flamingo long-range missiles in €12bn programme

Germany is negotiating the purchase of Ukrainian Flamingo long-range missiles from two of three manufacturers, with the aim of building a new domestic arsenal. The overall German missile defence programme is estimated to cost around €12 billion.
