Morocco raises Ceuta and Melilla claim again; Spain: they are EU territory

Morocco has once again publicly raised the issue of reclaiming the Spanish enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla on the North African coast. Spain responded that both territories are an integral part of the European Union and the matter is not open for negotiation.
