TB outbreak at Warsaw nursery: teacher forced to pay over 300 zł for her own test

A teacher at a nursery where a tuberculosis outbreak was detected says she had to pay over 300 złoty for her own TB test, even though children at the facility received theirs for free. She was reported to the sanitary inspectorate but staff were not covered by the free testing scheme. She noted that not all employees can afford the cost, and the test will need to be repeated.
