Mandelson investigation may collapse without unredacted Epstein files

The investigation into Peter Mandelson, the Labour grandee and former British foreign secretary currently serving as UK ambassador to the US, who was arrested in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office, risks collapse without access to unredacted Jeffrey Epstein files. Investigators fear they cannot prove the allegations without those documents. Mandelson is a senior figure in the Labour Party.
