Polish Justice Ministry proposes making a single online post grounds for cyberbullying prosecution
Poland's Ministry of Justice has proposed a new criminal offence targeting cyberbullying of children and adolescents. Unlike existing stalking laws, the new provision would not require prosecutors to prove persistent harassment or resulting harm — a single online post could suffice for criminal liability. The proposal is intended to strengthen legal protections for minors against online aggression.
