Belarus closes Helsinki embassy; Finland: Łukaszenka is not a legitimate president

Belarus has decided to fully close its diplomatic mission in Helsinki. Finland's foreign ministry responded by reiterating that Finland, like the EU, does not recognise Alexander Lukashenko as the legitimate president of Belarus.
