Storms lash Poland: 330+ emergency calls, flood alert in Lower Silesia

Violent storms and gales swept across Poland, generating more than 330 emergency calls to firefighters by midnight. Lower Silesia declared an alert due to heavy rainfall, with the IMGW meteorological institute reporting that sandbags were being distributed as a precaution. A tornado warning was also issued for the Masovian region.
