Russian drones kill 16 at shopping centre in Zelenskyy's home city

Russian drones struck a busy shopping centre in Kryvyi Rih, President Zelenskyy's home city, killing 16 people. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas condemned the Friday attack as "terror by design" and announced she would put forward the most far-reaching Russia sanctions since the war began, to be discussed at a ministers' meeting in Ireland next month. Zelenskyy called the strike "cynical and despicable."
