Newsom signals he wants a Paramount settlement deal with Trump

California Governor Gavin Newsom said settlement talks between Paramount and the Trump administration are happening "in real time." He said he takes CEO David Ellison's threat to relocate companies out of California "seriously" and expressed concern about the state's reputation. Newsom signalled he would welcome a deal being reached.
