Tesla recalls 3 million vehicles over door handle and camera faults

A Chinese regulatory agency has ordered two Tesla recalls covering around 3 million vehicles due to door handle faults and camera-related issues. Most problems can be fixed via over-the-air software updates, though some vehicles will also require physical warning stickers. This is the largest recall in Tesla's history.
