IMGW issues top-level warning for Lower Silesia — over 90 mm of rain expected

Poland's Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) has raised its warning to the highest level for parts of Lower Silesia due to violent thunderstorms and heavy rainfall. Total precipitation over the next 24 hours is expected to exceed 90 mm. The agency warns of local flooding and waterlogging. A supercell thunderstorm has also formed over Silesia.
