Ukraine sanctions Russian cartoon 'Masha and the Bear' as propaganda

Ukraine has imposed sanctions on the popular Russian children's cartoon "Masha and the Bear," moving toward a full ban on the show. Ukraine's culture minister labelled it propaganda. Russia responded by saying the move revealed Kyiv's "ugly nature."
