Insulin pumps to be publicly funded for diabetics of all ages in Poland — up to PLN 60m a year
Poland's Ministry of Health has sent a draft regulation to consultation that would extend public funding for insulin pumps to diabetic patients of all ages, removing the current upper limit of 26 years. The National Health Fund (NFZ) expects to spend between PLN 43.4m and PLN 60.2m annually in the first four years of the expanded benefit.
