A new contingent of 8,500 North Korean troops has arrived in Russia, according to CNN. Among them are 400 drone operators capable of striking Ukrainian cities. Ukraine's Deputy Military Intelligence chief, General Vadym Skibitsky, said the North Korean forces are deployed mainly in Russia's Kursk region.
