Tupac murder accused told police in 2008 his nephew fired the fatal shots

A 2008 recording of Duane Davis speaking with detectives was played to the jury in the Tupac Shakur murder trial. In the recording, Davis states that his nephew fired the fatal shots that killed the rapper. Tupac Shakur was shot and killed in Las Vegas.
