Tusk prepares autumn offensive to reclaim Constitutional Tribunal — Berek nomination is part of the plan
The nomination of Maciej Berek as a Constitutional Tribunal judge is one of four elements of Prime Minister Donald Tusk's planned post-summer political offensive, according to Interia's sources. The government intends to take decisive steps after the holiday break to regain control of the Tribunal. One minister told Interia: "The PM is taking off his boxing gloves and going bare-knuckle."
