Poland to replace residence registration with single PESEL address via mObywatel app

Poland's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration is developing a reform of the residential registration system. The traditional "meldunek" address and a separate delivery address would be replaced by a single declared address of residence stored in the PESEL register. Updates to the address would be possible through the mObywatel app, among other channels.
