Ukraine sanctions Russian cartoon 'Masha and the Bear' over propaganda claims

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree imposing sanctions on the producers of the popular Russian animated cartoon "Masha and the Bear." Ukraine accuses the show's creators of spreading pro-Russian propaganda. The cartoon is hugely popular worldwide, including among children across Europe.
