Polish doctors' pay cap to rise to nearly 79,000 PLN gross from 2027

From January 2027, the maximum pay cap for healthcare workers in Poland is set to rise, driven by the planned increase in the minimum wage. The maximum hourly rate will grow from 240 PLN to nearly 250 PLN gross, while the monthly pay ceiling will increase from around 77,000 PLN to over 79,000 PLN gross, according to Rynek Zdrowia.
