PiS official blocks sewage pipe for four homes in Zaskal — dispute over 32 metres of pipe
Four households in the Podhale village of Zaskal have been without sewage connection for months because just 32 metres of pipe need to cross the land of Jacek Król, a PiS member serving on the Nowy Targ county board. Król has been appealing successive administrative decisions, stalling the project. According to unofficial sources, the regional PiS board was set to discuss his case on Friday evening.
