Ukraine sanctions creators of "Masha and the Bear" over Russian soft power

Ukraine has imposed sanctions on the creators and rights holders of the popular animated series "Masha and the Bear", classifying it as a tool of Russian information influence. Kyiv argues that Russia uses culture and entertainment as instruments of soft power. The show has long been popular in Poland as well.
