Tesla scraps Solar Roof tiles after just around 3,000 US installations

Tesla is discontinuing its Solar Roof tiles after the product reached only around 3,000 installations across the United States in several years on the market. The company is pulling the plug on what it had once promoted as a revolution in home energy generation. No replacement product has been announced.
