Polish counterintelligence arrests Ukrainian who planted bomb under arms industry rep's car

Poland's Internal Security Agency (ABW) arrested a 63-year-old Ukrainian national in Warsaw suspected of attempted murder. The man allegedly planted an explosive device under the car of a representative of Ukraine's arms industry. He faces a potential life sentence if convicted.
