Israel drops investigation into killing of Polish aid worker Damian Sobol in Gaza

Israel has dropped its investigation into the killing of Polish citizen Damian Sobol, who died on 1 April 2024 when Israeli forces struck a World Central Kitchen convoy in Gaza. The decision was condemned by Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom, whose nationals also died in the attack, and Poland's Foreign Ministry demanded an explanation. A Palestinian citizen was also killed in the same strike.
