Ukraine's military intelligence: North Korea sent hundreds of drone operators to Russia

Ukraine's military intelligence (HUR) has reported that North Korea sent hundreds of drone operators to Russia. HUR chief Vadym Skibitsky told CNN the operators could be used for reconnaissance and strikes against targets on Ukrainian territory.
